I started the '80s in first grade and finished them as a sophomore in high school, missing the leg warmers, but suffering full exposure to Reagan and Kenny Loggins, not to mention a mullet that lasted into the '90s. Look at these pictures and be kind. My friends and I didn't look much worse than anybody else back then.

Case in point: Anne Zuber, Wendy Muller, and Jill Dossa, seen here on the last day of sixth grade. Anne was the token early bloomer in our class. I think I remember hearing something about her parents sending her to military school. Don't know what happened to the other two.
