Shawn, all dressed up in his 24 Hour Fitness uniform. This was probably taken not long before he quit working there and we both got memberships at Gold's. Shawn trained me for about a year, eventually helping me add twenty pounds of muscle to what was then a freakish 5'10", 145-pound frame. Hooray for Shawn! I've only seen him once since he and his wife Renee moved to Sacramento in 2000. I need to do something about that.
